Harbor Club on Winyah Bay Property Owners Association

Below is a list of the clubhouse rules. Having 6 guests requires you to reserve the club house. At this time, there is no fee to reserve the clubhouse. If you reserve the club house for a private party, you are responsible for cleaning and removing your trash. If you do not, there will be an additional fee assessed to you.

**Reservations must be made at least 20 days in advance.** Reservations will be posted to community calendar in your portal.

The reserved dates will available be first come first served, and once the two Saturdays and two Sundays per month are taken, no more reservations will be allowed in that month. A DAY reservation is any time between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm. And please note, that all visitors to the club house must be accompanied by a property owner of Harbor Club on Winyah Bay. 

Clubhouse Rules:

1. The club house hours are 9:00 am to 10:00 pm seven days a week. The club house is open year-long.
2. No animals are allowed in the club house.
3. Only property owners and their immediate family are allowed to use the club house.
4. Foul or abusive language will not be tolerated.
5. If you are the last person to leave, please turn off any lights in the club house and make sure key in back in lockbox.
6. The last person in the club house is responsible for locking the club house.
7. Reservations must be made at least 20 days in advance. Each lot owner may only reserve the club house once per month per lot he/she owns.
8. When a property owner reserves the club house, he or she must carry-off any trash and tidy-up the area and replace trash bags. Owners are overall responsible for maintenance and clean up.
9. There is no fee AT THIS TIME to reserve the club house.  A fee will be assessed if club house is extremely dirty. The owners are responsible for all damages to club house and/or furniture.
